Your GEICO Claim,
Handled Here

As a GEICO Auto Damage Program partner, we work directly with GEICO on your claim — faster approvals, less hassle, and lifetime warranty on every repair we perform.

What GEICO’s Auto Damage Program Means for You

GEICO’s Auto Damage Program (ADP) is a network of approved body shops that meet GEICO’s standards for quality repairs, customer service, and claims efficiency. As an ADP partner, we have established communication channels with GEICO adjusters — reducing delays and keeping your repair moving.

When you bring your GEICO claim to us, you don’t have to manage the insurance process. We document the damage, submit estimates and supplements directly to GEICO, and handle approval communications on your behalf. Your job is simply to drop off and pick up.

1

File Your GEICO Claim

Call GEICO or file through the GEICO app. Request Weirs Collision Center in Arundel as your repair shop.

2

Drop Off Your Vehicle

Bring your vehicle to us. We perform a thorough damage assessment and document every affected component.

3

We Work with GEICO Directly

We submit your estimate, handle any supplement requests for hidden damage, and manage GEICO communication throughout.

4

Pick Up Your Repaired Vehicle

You pay your deductible — we collect the rest from GEICO. Final inspection before every handover.

Advantages of Our GEICO ADP Status

Direct Adjuster Communication

ADP status gives us direct access to GEICO — reducing approval delays and supplement back-and-forth.

We Handle the Paperwork

Estimate, supplements, and final billing go directly from us to GEICO. You don’t manage the process.

Lifetime Warranty Included

Every repair comes with our lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials — regardless of who’s paying.

Rental Coordination

If your GEICO policy includes rental, we help coordinate so you’re not without a vehicle during repairs.

Your Right to Choose in Maine

Even if GEICO steers you toward another facility, you have the legal right to choose any licensed shop in Maine. Insurer steering is a known practice — you are never required to use a specific shop, and your coverage is not affected by your choice. We’re a GEICO ADP partner, but we serve all GEICO customers regardless of program status.

GEICO Claim FAQs

GEICO may issue an initial estimate based on photos or a remote review. As an ADP partner, we can submit our own documentation and supplement that estimate. If additional damage is found during disassembly, we handle that approval directly with GEICO — you’re not stuck in the middle.

Yes. Maine law gives you the right to choose your own repair shop. GEICO cannot deny a claim or change coverage terms because you chose a shop outside their preferred list. We’ll handle GEICO communication just as we do for any other claim.

Repair time depends on the extent of the damage and parts availability. We’ll give you a realistic timeline estimate after the initial assessment. GEICO ADP status helps speed up the approval process, but parts delivery and the complexity of structural repairs are the primary variables in repair time.
